Middle School Football Team - Strength and Conditioning - D1

Crusader Youth League has partnered with D1 Training in Hebron KY to provide elite level training to our Crusader Youth League football athletes.  The D1 Training facility offers specialized equipment that’s found in Division 1 Universities, and multilayered turf built for fueling growth.

• Flexible Monthly Commit
• Months: November, December, January, February, March
• Days: Tuesday
• Start Time: 4 PM
• Session Length: 60 minutes
• Location: D1 Training Facility in Hebron, KY

I also know we have a lot of people currently in fall sports and they won't be starting D1 Training until November. You can just wait and start your subscription at the end of this month
