Football Strength and Conditioning Program

SHDHS has partnered with D1 Training in Hebron KY to provide elite level training to our SHDHS football athletes.  The D1 Training facility offers specialized equipment that’s found in Division 1 Universities, and multilayered turf built for fueling growth.

1. Package includes (16) sessions.
2. Total package cost $200
3. You have selected monthly billing which means you will be billed $100 today.  Then you will be billed automatically for one additional month on the weekday of the initial order,
4. The sessions will be held each Tuesday and Thursday starting February 6th.
